Today, the registration of the people wishing to work in S.Korea on labor contract commenced. Following registration, people will need to pass a computer-based Korean Language exam. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

1. The age of workers must be 18-39.

2. The worker must not have had a prison sentence

3. If the worker has previously been in Korea, he or she must not have returned to Mongolia under a deportation order.

4. If the worker has been in Korea before, he or she must have gone back to Mongolia voluntarily and within the periods of the official visas.
