The Prime Minister’s media representative, Ts.Munkhtur has provided information about the issues which are to be discussed on first day of non-regular recall meeting of Parliament. During the recall, Parliament will discuss a total of around ten issues, including such issues as the autumn harvest and winter preparation measures. Because of the bad summer and the drought earlier this year, the central provinces and hay producing provinces have not been able to produce the required hay. Therefore, Parliament has decided to stockpile hay from those provinces which are having a good summer for those provinces which are in the greatest danger of heavy winter blizzards. In this connection, the Ministry of Finance is to provide MNT 10 billion for covering the costs of preparing hay and MNT 2 billion to transport the hay-grass to the state special emergency reserve.

Also, Parliament decided to export 2 millions sheep and goats, and 250 thousand cows.
