“1 = 3 “is the name of an annual blood donation campaign organized by the “Sukhbaatar District” First Police Department and the Student Police. The meaning of the work is blood of one person will help three people’s lives. Mongolia’s national blood and blood products reserves are relatively low, which is why the Student Police decided to organize this yearly event.
