The State Registration Authority informed that in June 2015, a total of 1251 new legal entities were established and some 52 entities were official closed. The statistical report of the last several months indicated that the new online registration system has influenced the numbers of the new entities. Also, 50% of the active entities are undertaking operations in Ulaanbaatar, which means the remainder, are working in other parts of the country. 

The State Registration Authority informed that 146 new foreign investment companies registered to operate in Mongolia during the first half of 2015. Also, 20 foreign invested companies were closed.
