The “Tenkhleg Zuuch” real estate company provides its “Price Index of Apartments” (PIA) research data to the public. As a result, the PIA was 14.0% in June 2015. This is 2.37% lower than in May 2015; -4.15% than the beginning of the year and -8.4% than July 2014.

Also, the PIA of new apartments is 26.5%. This percent has fallen by -0.17% in relation to June 2015; -0.2% on the beginning of the year; and -1.14% in relation to July 2014.

The PIA of old apartments is 7.6%, which has fallen by 2.24% on June 2015; -7.4% on the beginning of the year; and -12.0% on July 2014.
