During his working visit to the USA, the Prime Minister Mr Ch.Saikhanbileg met Mr. Daniel Silicon, director of governmental cooperation affairs at JP Morgan Bank. The bank cooperated with Mongolia in the issue of the Chinggis Bonds and has also provided advice on credit ratings for the Mongolian Development Bank.

Mr. Saikhanbileg said that he is very pleased with the successful cooperation between the two sides and that Mongolia would like to work together in many other fields in the future, for example, establishing an investment fund, and financing the cashmere market.

The USA is the main source of world investment. Therefore, the two sides discussed how to attract large-scale US investments to Mongolia. JP Morgan is interested in working together on infrastructure, mining, cashmere and in other sectors.
