The Khaan Quest army exercises are due to start on 20^th June 2015 at the training center of the 311st Army Division. Mongolian and American Armed Forces have been responsible for the joint organization of these exercises. Minister of Defense Ts.Tsolmon, chairman of Mongolian Armed Force, Major General D.Davaa and foreign ambassadors will participate in the opening ceremony. These exercises were held for the first time in 2003 and have since extended to include other countries. They first became international in 2006. Now this training could become one of 5 biggest peacekeeping operation exercises in the Asia-Pacific region. In this year’s  “Khaan Quest” exercise 1200 troops from 23 countries including Mongolia, USA, Russia, China, Korea, Germany, France, Czech, Australia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Canada, India, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan, Poland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Great Britain, and the UK will participate.
