The decision to implement an “odd-even” car-license plate restriction on the streets of UB has been postponed for an indefinite period. The ruling was due to take effect from 15^th June to 15^th August.

City Mayor E.Bat-Uul said “We expected that the Peace Avenue repairs would have increased traffic congestion.  But congestion hasn’t increased as we had forecast – this is because the schools and universities aren’t working. That is why we decided that number restriction by even or uneven numbers is not going to be necessary this week”.
