Because of the summer repair work on UB’s hot water pipes, it has been decided to change the number-plate restriction. Therefore, from next Monday (15^th June 2015) all vehicles will be able to drive in the city irrespective of the last number on their license-plates. This change will be valid as of Monday to Saturday (excepting Sundays) from 08.00am-22.00pm and will be in force until 15^th of August 2015.
