An international calligraphic exhibition, “Bichig Soyol 2015” has been organized under the name of the President of Mongolia. It is taking place in Chinggis city, administrative centre of the  Hentii Aimag.

Representatives of the President Administration, international exhibitors, leaders of the Hentii Aimag, teachers and Mongolian language students and local inhabitants participated in the opening ceremony.  The City Khural (Representative Assembly) was the joint organiser of this year’s exhibition. Members of the City Khural introduced Mongolian the “Nuuts Tovchoo” (the ‘Secret History of the Mongols’ – a chronicle of the life of Chingiz Khan – ed) and local history and traditions to foreign representatives.

This annual exhibition opened on 22^nd of May 2015 in the exhibition hall of the Commission of Mongolian Artists in Ulaanbaatar. Entry is free.

In addition, the President Administration has already organized “Bichig Soyol” exhibitions in Dundgovi Aimag, Arhangai Aimag and Orkhon Aimag.
