An auto trading complex in Ulaanbaatar under construction is nearing complettion. The project consists of three stages, the first of which will be completed in June, said Mr D.Baidrag (on 26^th May 2015), the head of the complex. The first part of the project will be completely finished on 10^thJune and the launch date is scheduled for 23th June 2015.

In total there will be 6000 parking places, an equipment centre, an auto trading and servicing base, a bank, an insurance outlet, a notary and a branch of the national auto transportation centre. All of these will be located in the first part of the complex.

Currently, about 2000 parking places have already been sold to citizens. Most of them have agreed to pay the parking cost once the complex is launched.  The venture is still working  to sell the rest of the parking places.
