The third phase of land privatization measures are being carried out online for Ulaanbaatar residents in accordance with the Ulaanbaatar Representatives Khural Resolution 10/39 from 2013. 

The first stage of land privatization which was organized in 2014, and the second stage was carried out in January 2015. So far, 24,766 citizen residents of the capital have claimed land.   

The third stage began on May 1. The registration period will continue until May 15. Applications are available for the following locations:

2. Songinokhairkhan Shijir Uul 

3. Bayanzurkh, Uliastain Baga Am                                   

4. Bayanzurkh, Bogdin Davaani Am                                

5. Khan-uul, Ulaan Ovoot                                                                                  

6. Nalaikh, Nisekh khotkhon                                               

7. Baganuur, Bulagtai                                          

8. Bagakhangai, Khundyn 2^nd part    

9. Baganuur, Taryan bulag 2^nd part                             

10. Bagakhangai, Khangain Khundii 1^st part
