Yesterday evening an occupied apartment building in the 14th khoroo's 3^rd micro district in Bayangol District, located behind Achlal Shopping Center, was in danger of collapsing. Residents of the apartments have been evacuated to hotels until professional organizations complete an inspection and produce final conclusions on the safety of the building.   

According to preliminary studies the instability of the building is likely to be linked to process of excavation used by the construction company and shifting soil beneath the building's foundation. 

Residents have been resettled at the Erkhes Hotel in the Bayangol District. One source reports that BJB is the company responsible for the construction of the apartment building.
