The State General Prosecutor
D.Dorligjav sent an official letter to the Parliament Speaker D.Demberel on
Thursday. This letter, which demanded dismissals of Ch.Sangarragchaa, director
of Anti-Corruption Authority and vice director D.Sunduisuren, has been sent to parliament
for the second time.
The previous letter was sent
three weeks ago, but matters have not been tackled followed by the parliamentary
spring session break.
The letter states that some
officials led by B.Bat-Erdene, head of the Standing Committee on Legislation,
wrongly explained laws “with purposes not to have the Standing Committee
make decision till the break of the parliamentary session when there is no legal
time to make decisions”.
The General Prosecutor wants
the Speaker to conclude managing activities of the Standing Committee on
justice and to make a certain decision before the parliamentary session”s
break.
