During the organization of Ulaanbaatar – Investment 2015 (UB Forum), a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on future cooperation between the city of Ulaanbaatar and Germany's M&P Group was signed.

The MoU was signed by the Deputy Mayor of Ulaanbaatar, Bayandalai, Chairman of the city's Investment Department L.Narantuya, Mongolian General Director of M&P Group E.Batzaya, and M.Dagvasuren.   

M&P Group is a German-based company which has been worked for decades in city planning, infrastructure, renewable energy, stable development projects, the environment, and engineering. The first stage of cooperation will look at landscaping at Berlin Park located in the Bayangol District's 1st khoroo.

Ulaanbaatar – Investment 2015 was organized to foster cooperation between the capital city administration and the private sector and to maintain domestic and foreign investment.
