A herder from Tuhum bag in Nomgon soum of Umnugobi aimag, T.Altantuya, has begun to produce candy from camel milk.

T.Altantuya uses milk from goats and camels to produce different kinds of dairy products. She says she is always looking for new ideas and experimenting to improve the quality, form, and taste of her products. She started making milk candy year.

She says she can produce 1 kg of candy from 2 liters of milk. Her candy produced using pure camel milk, without any chemical additives, was selected as the best product of the Gobi Festival in Umnugobi aimag.

T.Altantuya is planning to expand production to make a variety of candies.
