Today, Deputy Speaker of Parliament M.Enkhbold received representatives of the Government of the Republic of Korea headed by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Korea.
At the beginning of the meeting Cho Tae-yul thanked the Deputy Speaker of Parliament for receiving him and expressed the importance of this meeting for the expansion of cooperation between the two countries.
In turn, Deputy Speaker of Parliament M. Enkhbold thanked the Vice Minister for organizing the first meeting of their joint commission and noted that cooperation between the two countries is developing in several sectors towards a partnership level.
He noted that Korean companies are actively participating in vital development projects in Mongolia and stressed that participation as investors will be more efficient for both sides and important for the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
He added that the Mongolian government will work to create a favorable environment for investment and now are taking the necessary measures to so.
The Vice Minister thanked M.Enkhbold for the government's prompt discussion and approval of foreign investment laws and draft projects.
