The Movie Incubator project, which is aimed at revealing a new generation of Mongolian filmmakers, will be forming a team of Mongolian artists for the development of the film industry in Mongolia. The project is being implemented with the Film Institute of Mongolia and Mongolian National Broadcaster.   

In most countries where the the film industry is being developed there are 125 specialized roles in this field. However, in Mongolia there are only a very few, such as actors, producers, and illustrators.

Movie Incubator organizers believe that helping to develop the skills of specialized technicians in film, meeting international standards, will be a very important step  for the development of the Mongolian film industry.

Upon implementation of the project, new standards will be introduced to the Mongolian film industry, and a proper structure of development will be organized.
