Merited Actor and second soloist of the Boston Ballet D.Altankhuyag has been appointed a Cultural Ambassador of Mongolia.

Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Purevsuren granted a certificate appointing him a Cultural Ambassador during the international tourism exhibition ITB Berlin 2015 in Berlin, Germany.

At the ceremony, the Minister noted, “We are appointing you a Cultural Ambassador of Mongolia, evaluating your input to the development of the world’s classical arts, and uplifting the reputation of Mongolia in the global arena.”  

The Minister of Foreign Affairs hoped for success in D.Altankhuyag's future work and wished him success in the fulfillment of his duties in the development of cultural, sport, and humanitarian cooperation between Mongolia and other nations, and noted that the ministry will support him from all sides.  

D.Altankhuyag has become the third citizen to be appointed a Cultural Ambassador of Mongolia.
