This vigil was initiated by the Facebook group named “Voice of Every Mother”, with the participation of 10 non-governmental organizations, clubs, and thousands of city residents.
The aim of the event was to honor the memory of the little girl who died as a victim of violence and to protect the rights of children living with domestic violence, calling for state attention to the violation of children’s rights and demanding concrete results.
Voice of Every Mother has more than 8,000 members on Facebook and almost 1,500 mothers came to the vigil, 1,500 to 2,000 representatives from non-governmental organizations participated.
Those who attended the vigil expressed gratitude for the friend of the mother of the girl who died for announcing the fearful crime and for letting others know about it, allowing for others to try to protect the rights of children.
The organizers of the vigil obtained a permit to gather at Chinggis Square for one hour, but visitors stayed until 7:30 to share their grief for the loss of the young life to such tragedy.
