The Speaker of Parliament, Z.Enkhbold and his wife T.Bat-Ulzi, paid an official visit to Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko of Japan on February 25, 2015.

At the beginning of the meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia, Emperor Akihito thanked the Speaker for paying an official visit to Japan.

He mentioned that he is very grateful doe the close bilateral relationship between Mongolia and Japan, and was pleased that the economic partnership agreement between the two countries was promptly approved and ratified by the Parliament of Mongolia.   

He has noted that he believes the ratification of the agreement will result in the economic relationship between two countries continuing to flourish.   

Emperor Akihito asked about the environmental and weather condition of Mongolia. He wished for Mongolia to flourish and for the happiness of the Mongolian population.
