A working group to regulate road traffic headed by N.Gantumur  has carried out research and calculations in discussion with the Government Administrative Office, and approved Resolution A/105, "To change the start of business hours of state organizations”.

According to the new resolution, classes at universities and institutes will start at 7:40 a.m., secondary schools and kindergartens will start at 8:00 a.m., and offices of state owned organizations, ministries, governmental agencies and their subordinate organizations will open at 8:30 a.m.

According to the Labor Law, business hours of organizations must not exceed 8 hours, which means that offices will close at 5:30 p.m. and kindergartens at 6:00 p.m. Changes to business hours will be effective starting on February 16, 2015.
