The Government of Mongolia is ready to submit a draft of the Casino Law for approval to Parliament. According to research, it is possible to build a casino in two locations.

According to sources, upon approval of the draft law, the nation's first casino will be built near the new international airport at Khushigin Khundi.

According to the Casino Law, this casino will be very expensive for Mongolians, and as indicated in the law, it will be mostly for foreigners.
