Celebrating the 103^rd anniversary of the Restoration of National Liberty and Independence Day, on December 29^th, President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj, Speaker of Parliament Z.Enkhbold, and PM of Mongolia Ch.Saikhanbileg laid a wreath on the statue of the State Seal of Mongolia.

The statue of the State Seal of Mongolia was erected as a part of the Great Chinggis Khaan's monument and the State Honorary Ceremonial Hall at the northern garden of the Government House.

The statue of the State Seal of Mongolia was sculpted  with a tiger as a handle and four different state seals of the Great Mongol Empire, Mongolia under Bogd Khan's rule, the People's Republic of Mongolia established under the 1924 constitution, and the Mongolian constiution passed in 1992.

The base of state seal sculpture features 168 seals of all Mongolian tribes dating back to ancient times in the statehood of Mongolia.
