Parliament held its second discussion on a draft law of the 2014 budget in Thursday's plenary session meeting.

During the plenary session meeting, Parliament revised a resolution approving the issuance of a revenue bond, with 73.2 percent of votes in approval, and agreed to discuss the resolution.

Thirty out of 41 MPs who attended the vote approved discussion of the resolution.

MP and Finance Minister J.Erdenebat explained issuing the bond in order to pay foreign debt, "The issuance of a 320 billion MNT bond will not affect the debt ceiling."
