President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj issued a decree to award "A Sound of Bell", a symbolic song of Mongolian democracy, with a State Honor on the occasion of the 25^th anniversary of the democratic revolution in Mongolia on December 10^th, 2014.

In 1989, Mongolia had a peaceful transfer from socialism to democracy under the banner of this song.

The song is believed to awaken the country in the heart of the Central Asia for the day to light the way as a role model for democracy in the region today. One of the thousands of supporters of democracy in Mongolia, S.Tgogtsaikhan composed the song  inspired by the democratic revolution.

The State Honor for the compose will be posthumously bestowed to his mother today.
