The Mongolian Football Federation has been busy with news making international headlines. The federation has created a temporary committee to provide new rules for the federation, according to guidelines directed by The Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) before its election of a new president.

The temporary committee, which is comprised of 11 members, has already taken action.

Former President B.Ganbold was banned from involvement in any football related activities amid allegations of corruption.  A.Ganbaatar was appointed acting president of the Mongolian Football Federation by the Executive Committee on October 21^st, 2014.

As acting president, A.Ganbaatar requested an audit of the financial department of the federation.

He pledged that members of the Mongolian Football Federation would have the recent allegations of corruption resolved, and that all issues – including finances – would be made transparent to the public.

B.Medree, G.Gankhuu and A.Ganbaatar are on the list of nominees for the election of new president of the Mongolian Football Federation.
