The Mongolian Academy of Sciences presented a historical painting of Ikh Khuree, dating back to around 1805, to the Ulaanbaatar City Governor's Office today, celebrating the 375^th anniversary of the founding of the capital city.

President of Mongolian National Academy of Sciences B.Enkhtuvshin presented the first color painting of Ikh Khuree to Chair of the Capital City Governor's Office Yo.Gerelchuluun during a ceremony.

Russian traveler J.Rehmany painted the scene during his journey  from Urguu to Beijing between 1805 to 1806, when Urguu was settled on the lap of Bogd Khan Mountain.

During the ceremony, a medal for the 375^th anniversary of Ulaanbaatar was given to President B.Enkhtuvshin for his invaluable efforts to present and preserve the city's historical resources for the public.
