President of Mongolia, Ts.Elbegdorj, will make an official visit to the Republic of Austria on October 14-15^th, and a working visit to Hungary on October 17-18^th.

During the official visit to Austria, President Ts.Elbegdorj will meet with the Federal Head, Heinz Fischer, the President of the National Council, Doris Bures, and visit the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna to give an opening speech during the Mongolian-Austrian Business Forum.

During the president’s stay in Hungary, he plans to meet with the President of Hungary, János Áder; Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán; and other officials.

While visiting Hungary the president will also visit the Mongolian Studies Center in the Department of Central Asian Studies at Eotvos Lorand University, give an opening speech and conduct a lecture about Mongolia’s democracy at Central European University.

President Ts.Elbegdorj will then head to Italy to attend The 10th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit in Milan on October 16-17^th.

The ASEM Summit aims to intensity strategic dialogue based on principles of equality, partnership and mutual trusts and promote closer ties between Asia and Europe.

The Summit will represent state and government leaders from 49 countries in Asia and Europe, president of the European Council, president of The European Commission and Secretary General of ASEAN.
