Oyu Tolgoi LLC has appointed Andrew Woodley as new CEO, replacing Craig Kinnell.

The Directors Board of Oyu Tolgoi LLC reached the decision, as president and chief executive officer of the company Craig Kinnell has submitted his resignation.

Andrew Woodley, who is currently managing director of Rio Tinto's coal mine in Mozambique, will take his office on November 15th.  Andrew Woodley has 18 years experience working for Rio Tinto as an executive assistant to the chief executive officer and the chairman of Rio Tinto's coal and aluminum business.

New CEO of Oyu Tolgoi Andrew Woodley will soon settle in Ulaanbaatar with his family to take his office.

Craig Kinnell will leave for Britain to keep working for Rio Tinto.
