The Mongol Children's International Festival V will be held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, from September 2-5^th.

Teenage athletes from Mongolia, Buryatia, and Inner Mongolia will compete in eight sports.

Mongolia  has sent a team of 165, including athletes, coaches and officials, to the Mongol Children's International Festival.

Mongolian teenage basketball player B.Avirmed from Uvs aimag has been appointed flag bearer of Mongolia at the festival. B.Avirmed was ranked 5^th at the World Youth Basketball Championships and 9^th at the 2014 Continental Cup tournament. He was also a national youth team player in the State Youth Basketball Championships.
