“Mongol post” has released a new set of postage stamp featuring Tarbosaurus bataar in collaboration with Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism.

At the ceremony for the release of a new set postage stamp, Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism Ts.Oyungerel said that Sculpture and art work take its inspiration from the findings of Tarbosaurus bataar. And a new postage stamp was inspired too.  I hope all these things make efforts to protect cultural heritage but also will contribute to our economy." The first day cover and design of the new set was created by Ch.Bat-Erdene and  graphically designed by J.Gankhuyag.  The new postage stamp featuring Tarbosaurus bataar and the first day cover went on sale for 9900 MNT. And those postage stamps are available now at Central Post Office.
