President Ts.Elbegdorj started a state visit to Japan on July 22^nd. In the framework of the visit, President Ts.Elbegdorj delivered a speech to Mongolia-Japan business forum organized by Keidanran (Japanese Business Federation).

Mongolia-Japan business forum was held with over 130 participants from Mongolia and 180 participants from Japan.

During the forum President Ts.Elbegdorj said that “Mongolia and Japan finally reached to sign economic partnership agreement. It is my pleasure to announce that Japan`s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and I are going to sign a joint statement on the decision.“

Mongolia and Japan reached a deal after four long years negotiation.

Mongolia and Japan are also hoping  the deal will deepen bilateral ties.
