This year will mark the 40^th anniversary of cultural relations between Mongolia and Japan.

On the occasion of the anniversary, a concert for cultural exchanges organized by the Japanese “Tradition Japan” NGO will take place at 7.00 pm at the Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet today, June 24^th.

At the concert Japanese folk singers and musicians, Mongolian ethnic music group Domog, and State Honored artist D.Bold as well as other artists will perform.

There will also be a ceremony to present the Japanese percussion instrument, the Taiko drum, which has been inherited over the generations to the Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Ts.Oyungerel, and a Japanese traditional costume Kimono show will be held.
