Mongolia and Macau to Intensify their Combat Against Human Trafficking

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Mr. Sh.Sukhbaatar and Chief of the Secretariat for Security of Macau (the Special Administrative Regions of the People's Republic of China), Vong Chun Fat held a business meeting on June 6th to make further progress towards their commitment to fight against human trafficking and to further implement their "Agreement on Cooperation to Combat Human Trafficking" signed in 2010 between Mongolia and Macau.

The representatives from Mongolia who attended this meeting were: Deputy Chairman of the General Takhar Department of Mongolia B. Batzorig, the Chairman of the Criminal Police Department's Organized Crime Division B. Batzorig, the Consulate General of Mongolia to Hong Kong and Macau Z. Battushig, and the Project Manager of a Human Security Policy Studies Centre NGO J. Batzaya.

As result of the meeting, both parties agreed to pass an action plan budget which was suggested by Mongolia and to hold the next meeting in Ulaanbaatar in 2016.
