MP Ch.Khurelbaatar has submitted a
draft to amend Parliament’s protocol No.99 which is about payment from the Human
Development Fund in 2010 and a draft law to make amendments in law about
putting guarantees in bank deposits.

The law about guaranteeing bank
deposits was passed in November, 2008 and 
amended in March, 2009. The amendment has become necessary as the
provision of the guarantee is being abused.

The amendment to the law on paying an
allowance from the Human Development Fund seeks to pay MNT20,000 to citizens
each month instead of larger sums once or twice a year.
