The kidnapping of 10 children occurred in Khan-Uul distict, Bio combinat area, on Tuesday night May 6^th. The Press office of the General Police Agency reported that the kidnapper was arrested last night.

The head of the Press office of the General Police Agency, police colonel B.Baatarkhuu spoke to news agency reporters saying, "An attempted kidnapping occurred. Police patrol officers at Erkhes 102 point, lead by first lieutenant N.Dashtseren, received a call about drunken people in Bio combinat area in Khan-Uul district. When the police officers arrived, they discovered a situation of attempted kidnapping of children by a suspect. Patrol officers successfully dealt with the suspect and freed the children. During the investigation, a seriously beaten victim and one dead body were found at the scene. The beaten child was sent to hospital for emergency first aid. Currently an investigation has been launched into the case. The suspect was arrested and detained at the detention center.”
