The 4th “Ulaanbaatar marathon” initiated by the city municipality of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia, was successfully held last June, 2013. As an annual event, the Ulaanbaatar Marathon will take place again this year, supported at state level. The organizers have announced that the 5th Marathon will be held on June 7th, 2014.

The Marathon is being jointly organized by the Mongolia Olympic Committee, Mongolian Athletics Federation and Ar Mongol Travel Group, a leading tour operator in Mongolia. Available options include the full marathon, half-marathon and a 5k race. Further options may be released closer to the time of the event.

Registration is now open for foreign nationals to participate.
