The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Mongolia is holding a “Public open day” event to promote the ministry`s activities at Chinggis Khaan Square (formerly Sukhbaatar Square) on Sunday April 19th between 10 am and 3 pm.

To open the event the Foreign Affairs Minister L.Bold will deliver a speech.  Foreign Affairs Ministry`s departments, offices and foreign diplomatic, consular and other representative offices will introduce their activities and answer civilians` questions..

Consulates will give information related to visa applications, and travel advice, providing notary services and as well as connecting civilians to Diplomatic representative office abroad and reply to related questions.

During the day there will also be Mongolia`s Foreign Affairs Central Archive exhibition with archive services.

The Office of Diplomatic Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia will give information regarding diplomatic protocol.
