The Standing Committee on Justice in Parliament is scheduled to discuss MP O.Baasankhuu`s call for the resignation of Justice Minister Kh.Temuukin during Monday`s meeting on April 14th.

MP O.Baasankhuu claims that the Justice Minister is unable to handle his department and says there are several reasons for him to resign from his position.

MP O.Baasankhuu delivered a petition calling for the resignation of Justice Minister Kh.Temuujin on the basis of claims that he lost responsibility over offences against the law. The MP also claims that he is unable to handle the department and that he is unable to meet they ethical requirements needed by a cabinet minister.

The issues is expected to be discussed during today`s Standing Committee on Justice meeting. A call for the resignation of a cabinet minister should be discussed within a week according to a law.
