Properties of great importance to public security that must not be an object of attack in the case of an invasion are to be defended by police. According to the Government’s decision, from now on, some of the properties of great importance will no longer need to be defended by police.

The Government of Mongolia has issued a decision that removes some properties from the list of especially important objects to public security. The removed buildings include the Mongolian National Broadcaster, the Headquarter of Mongolian national radio, the radio transmitter in Khonkhor, the television technical center, MONTSAME agency, the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), the National Institute of Forensic Science, the General Department of Taxation, the Mongolia Immigration Agency, and the Cemetery in Altan-Ulgii.
