On the third day of Sochi 2014 Winter Paralympics in Russia, Mongolian athlete B.Ganbold took 14th place with the time of 1:04:01 in the men`s cross-country skiing 20 km. On Monday Russian cross-country skier Rushan Minnegulov won the gold medal in the men’s standing 20-kilometer classic event. Finland’s Ilkka Tuomisto secured silver, and Russia’s Vladislav Lekomtsev took the bronze medal.

From 12 countries, 18 athletes out of 20 arrived at the finish line. Two Chinese athletes could not finish the event.

Mongolian athlete B.Ganbold will run in the men’s short track 1000m on March 12th and the men`s 10 km classic on March 16th.
