From 31st March 2014, the UK visa application centre in Ulaanbaatar relocate to a new premises and applicants will be required to pay an additional fee to use the service.

The new visa application centre will be run by UK Visas and Immigration’s commercial partner, VFS Global. The visa application centre will be relocated to the DHL Building, 1st Floor, Peace Avenue, 1st Khoroo, 1015, in Ulaanbaatar.

New charges apply:

The fee to use the visa application centre will be 59 GBP (100 USD) in addition to the visa fee and will be charged at the point of booking the appointment. The fee covers the cost of providing the application submission facilities in Mongolia. This fee must be paid in order to book an appointment to apply for the visa.

The centre will be open for longer hours than the previous service, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
