The price of fuel has increased by 40 MNT from Wednesday evening across Ulaanbaatar City.
А80 petrol prices at branch fuel stations of Petrovis LLC cost 1550 MNT per liter, АИ-92 per liter 1660 MNT, АИ-95 per liter 1890 MNT, and diesel 1790 MNT per liter. Just Oil LLC has increased petrol prices in their fuel stations by 50 MNT per liter.
Earlier this week local media reported that several gas stations halted the sale of АИ-92 petrol due to a lack of petrol resources. However the Petroleum Authority of Mongolia denied these reports.  
Petrol prices have increased as a result of a closed door meeting held by the Petroleum Authority of Mongolia with petrol importers.
