The National Cancer Centre of Mongolia first held a “National campaign against cancer” nationwide in 2011.
Today a ceremony will be held for the launch of the fourth year of the “National campaign against cancer”-2014 at the National Cancer Centre of Mongolia.
At the ceremony officials of the Ministry of Health, medical specialists of the National Cancer Centre Mongolia and media will be present.
Between 2011 and 2013, with thanks to the “National campaign against cancer”, over 50,000 citizens who were at high risk of cancer were diagnosed at the National Cancer Centre Mongolia and given conventional treatments for cancer including surgery and chemotherapy.
