President of Mongolia, Ts.Elbegdorj will head for Sochi Russia to attend Winter Olympics 2014 opening ceremony where leaders from over 60 countries to be present today February 6th.

Mongolian athletes Ch.Otgontsetseg, B.Byambadorj will compete for cross-country skiing at the 2014 Winter Olympics that will be held at the Laura Biathlon & Ski Complex near Krasnaya Polyana, Russia. Mongolian athletes will run on their event on February 14-15th. Minister for Culture, Sport and Tourism, Ts.Oyungerel will also be present at the Sochi Olympics opening ceremony.

Mongolia-Russia “Ulaanbaatar Railway” JSC has awarded its 70 employees with tickets to see the Sochi Winter Olympics. So today those employees are heading to Russia.

Mongolia has experienced taking part of Winter Olympics in biathlon, skate, short track and cross-country skiing.
