Bayanzurkh District Governor`s Office signed a cooperation agreement to build a rubbish processing plant in the district with Japanese Kokusai Kogyo company on Tuesday December 10th, 2013.
 
The signing ceremony was attended by Bayanzurkh District Governor, D.Purevdagva, the Chairman of Governor`s Offuce, B.Amartuvshin, and the Chairman of International Development in Urban Environmental Management, Kono Ichiro, and other officials.

Signing the cooperation agreement has made the way to build the first rubbish processing plant in Bayanzurkh district. When the rubbish processing plant with the latest technology is in service, many challenging issues in the district including environmental degradation and waste disposal will be solved.
