A senior Mongolian diplomat, former Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary from Mongolia to the French Republic and the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam, G.Luuzan, has been awarded with the Legion of Honor,
France`s National Order, for his role and efforts to expand bilateral relations
and cooperation between Mongolia and France.

The Legion of Honor was given to the senior Mongolian
diplomat, Ambassador G.Luuzan by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of the French Republic to Mongolia, Yves Delaunay. The ceremonyon December 4th
was attended by Mongolian senior diplomats and representatives of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, representatives of the French Embassy, teachers
of the French language faculty at the National University of Mongolia and
family members of senior diplomat G.Luuzan.

G.Luuzan is a prominent senior diplomat who played a big
role in Mongolian foreign relations as Ambassador from Mongolia to the French
Republic and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
