The WIP Annual Summit was the first time that all female Parliamentarians in the World were invited to gather in a unique conference.
Participants from more than 100 countries were represented at the WIP Annual Summit to discuss issues that are on the Global Agenda from the perspective of female political leaders. Mongolian Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Ts.Oyungerel, met Flemish Minister for Environment, Nature and Culture, Joke Schauvliege and Minister of Culture, Audiovisual Affairs, Health and Equal Rights of the Government of the French Community in Belgium, Fadila Laanan, for talks on bilateral cooperation and other issues.
At the individual meetings parties exchanged views and opinions to further increase bilateral cooperation for culture, intangible and tangible cultural heritage protection, restoration and to train qualified personnel and improve legal regulations of museums, radio and television.
