Professional artists are eagerly awaiting the “UB Art Fair” exhibition that will be held in Blue Mon art gallery between November 29th and December 1st. The 5th edition of the “UB Art Fair” organized by the Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Board aims to boost cultural or special interest tourism and to extend the tourist season and support professional artists.
The “UB Art Fair” exhibition that is jointly being held by the Design Park NGO with support from the Ulaanbaatar City Governor`s Office intends to involve professional artists, in particular disabled artists to promote social inclusion.

Organizers of the exhibition now want to promote it as a wider cultural and tourist event that fine art collectors and anyone with an interest in art can enjoy in the future.

When the exhibition was first opened at the Zanabazar Museum of Fine Arts, 250 works from over 40 professional artists, over 100 pieces of work from students and teachers of the Mongolian Fine Art Institute, calligraphy, ancient art work, handcraft, souvenir, leather work and craft were on display for 1500 visitors. In 2012 over 3500 visitors saw the exhibition where female artists` displayed 200 works of art.
